Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation & Refunds: Please note that once you have purchased a course programme from KRETO.ONLINE and have paid the required fee for it. The same cannot be refunded back.
KRETO, reserves the right to postpone/cancel a course, or change the faculty for a course due to reasons such as insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, lockdowns, curfews, technology issues, etc)
In case KRETO cancels the course, 100% of course fees will be adjusted for the student towards an alternative course program within 15 days of intimation of cancellation and the reschedule will be informed to the student. However travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by students/participants will not be refunded or reimbursed.
No refunds or credits will be available for Student / Participant who fails to attend the classes.
KRETO reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
